By accessing this website and completing a purchase, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. 2. Sales Agreement
By purchasing from RAVE4EVAR, you enter into a binding agreement to buy the specified garment or accessory. All items become your property once full payment is received and the delivery process is finalized. The sale is considered complete once the product is shipped to the address provided during the checkout process on our online store storefront.
3. Payments & Fees
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to process your order. We do not use security deposits; however, we reserve the right to verify payment details before shipping to prevent fraud. All transactions are processed through secure checkout methods for your safety.
4. Delivery & Returns
We deliver across the UK via tracked courier services. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Customers may return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Unlike rental services, late fees do not apply, but the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
5. Product Care Policy
Customers are responsible for following the specific care and washing instructions located on each garment label. Once an item is purchased and used, RAVE4EVAR is not responsible for damage caused by regular wear, improper washing, or accidental stains. We recommend professional cleaning for delicate festival wear and accessories to maintain the quality and longevity of your rave gear.
6. Refund Policy
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, customers must follow our standard return process to receive a refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories like earrings or face masks are non-returnable. Store credit may be offered for returns made outside the window.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
