Returns

As each item is made specifically for your order, we currently only accept returns if:

• Your item arrives damaged.

• The wrong item has been sent.

• There is a manufacturing fault.

 

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs if applicable

 

If your return is approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Change of mind

• Minor colour differences caused by different screen displays
